What are your shipping rates?


Our flat rate for International standard shipping is €15. For standard shipping in Sweden, our rate is €6. We offer worldwide UPS Express shipping for €30. We offer free standard shipping with UPS on all international orders over €200.




What countries do you ship to?


We ship to every corner of the world.




How can I change my order?


If you recently placed an order and want to add/remove something from it, make sure to contact us quickly by mail info@broadwayandsons.com or call us at +46 31 13 77 70 & allow time to modify your order before it's being shipped. If you order has already shipped, wait until it arrives and then exchanges are accepted within 14 days and any change will be made upon our reception of your order.




What's your return policy?


Your satisfaction is key to us. If for any reason you would like to return your order or part of it, you may do so within 14 days after you've received your order.

Sweden Once received we will refund your order with a brief delay to the original way of payment you used. Allow a few banking days for your refund to appear. Note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns.




What if the item I want is sold out?


If an item you want is sold out you can ask to be notified if we get it in return.
Simply go to the product in question, click "Notify me if it comes back" and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you if the customer returns it.

Can I track my order?


Absolutely. Your tracking number can be found in your Dispatch Confirmation email. Swedish orders ship with Postnord and can be tracked here Rest of the world ship with UPS and can be tracked here




Which payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express & PayPal.




Which currencies can I use to checkout?


All our prices are shown in euros but you can convert your order total to any currency in "Cart". Note that the payment will be charged in euros and be converted by your bank.




How is the condition of your products?


Every piece is carefully selected and unique by its characteristics. To ensure a premium grade of vintage we wash all our products (with an exception for leather & wool garments) before they make their way to the store & online. Some items, mainly military surplus products are sometimes offered in more than one example and the actual piece you get can slightly differ from the pictured product and are subject to minor variations that we do not consider defectives but part of their uniqueness. Variations may include minor rips/tears/stains, missing button(s) & or color variations.




What is the estimated time of delivery?


Sweden: 1-3 business days. Scandinavia (Norway, Denmark & Finland: 2-5 business days. Europe: 3-6 business days. Rest of the world: 4-8 business days. Express delivery with UPS. 1-3 business days worldwide.
