When ordering, agreement for the purchase is made once Broadway & Sons confirms the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent when the order is received by Broadway & Sons. You have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are sent. Broadway & Sons has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been paid by the customer. In order to shop from us, Broadway & Sons must be able to determine the customer's home- or work address.
The prices include 25% VAT for all orders. At the confirmation order, prices can only be changed by circumstances Broadway & Sons can’t control. For example, significant changes in currency fluctuations or amended VAT. If the price would change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
Broadway & Sons offers free shipping for purchases over €50 in Sweden and €200 for international orders. Domestic standard shipping is €6 and International standard shipping is €15.
We offer Express delivery with UPS for €30.
All shipped orders have a tracking number.
You may choose between Stripe (a high secure direct payment option) & Paypal for payments. Once payment is received you will receive an order confirmation on your email, and thereafter a tracking number to track your order.
Orders placed before 3PM (mon-fri) are processed and shipped the same day. If an item is out of stock we ask for a day extra to ship your order. If a product is sold out before we’ve updated the site, the customer will be notified. The customer then has the right to cancel the purchase without charge if the item is out of stock. All orders are delivered with Postnord for domestic (Sweden) orders. International orders are delivered with UPS.
Both shipping partners deliver either to the customers door or at the nearest access point.
All shipping information can be found when tracking the package.
Estimated time for delivery:
Sweden: 1-3 business days.
Scandinavia: 2-5 business days.
Europe: 3-6 business days.
Rest of the world: 4-8 business days (excl custom control).
Estimated time for express delivery:
1-3 business days worldwide.
6. Delivery delays
Occasionally, delivery delays occur beyond our control. It may e.g. occur when our shipping partners are unable to meet their delivery obligations to us. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay has accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you if the delivery is delayed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee nor take responsibility for delayed deliveries.
7. Transport risk
Broadway & Sons is responsible for transportation to the customer. The customer and transportation company assumes the risk of returning to us.
8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check that the goods are not damaged. By damaged we mean big rips or stains that occured during transport. If the product is damaged or improper contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or call us at +46 (0)31 13 77 70.
9. Returning/exchanging goods
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received the product and without specific reason. When exercising that right, the customer pays for shipping. It is important that the return is sent in the same condition as it was delivered with original packaging if there was any. If returning shoes, the shoe box has to come back in the same condition. Damaged shoe boxes are charged with 10€.
If you have any questions regarding returns, exchanges or other, feel free to contact us. We answer all email questions within 24 hours (weekdays 11-18).
When exchanging an order, the customers pays for the return and we offer the shipping back with the exchanged item(s).
Shipping costs are not refundable in any case of returns.
If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Notify us by email (through contact form) before you send something and don’t forget sending us the invoice no. / receipt. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
Have in mind that unless something else is stated, our products are original vintage and therefore there can be slight differences such as minor rips/tears, sizing differences, stains, missing buttons and/or slight color variations.
We do not sell items with major defects unless stated on individual products.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used when placing the order. The refund is made as soon as possible from that time that we have received and accepted your return. However, always within 5 days.
We charge a €20 fee for packages that are not picked up and has been shipped back to us. The €20 are deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by typos or other errors that are beyond our control.
13. Protection of personal data (GDPR)
In connection with the registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored on you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail). We also declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.
