1. Orders

When ordering, an agreement for the purchase is made once Broadway & Sons confirms the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent when the order is received by Broadway & Sons. You have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are sent. Broadway & Sons has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been paid by the customer. In order to shop from us, Broadway & Sons must be able to determine the customer's home- or work address.

2. Prices

The prices shown include taxes for customers within the European Union and do not include taxes for customers shopping outside of the EU. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties and taxes. These charges vary from country to country. As you will be responsible for any charges we kindly recommend you check with your local customs office for further information.

3. Payment

Broadway & Sons securely accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna (Invoice or split payments), and PayPal.

4. Shipping

Broadway & Sons offers free shipping worldwide for purchases over 250 EUR / 250 USD / 2500 SEK.

Shipping rates:
Sweden: 70 SEK
Europe: Standard 15 EUR | Express 30 EUR
International: Standard 25 USD | Express 40 USD

All shipped orders have a tracking number.

5. Deliveries

Orders placed before 3 PM (mon-fri) are processed and shipped the same day. If an item is out of stock we ask for a day extra to ship your order. If a product is sold out before we’ve updated the site, the customer will be notified. The customer then has the right to cancel the purchase without charge if the item is out of stock.

Our shipping partners are Postnord for Swedish orders and UPS for European and International orders.

Estimated time for delivery:
Sweden: 1-3 business days.
Europe: 3-5 business days.
Rest of the world: 3-8 business days.

Estimated time for express delivery:
1-3 business days worldwide.

Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions that are out of the control of Broadway & Sons.

6. Transport risk

Broadway & Sons is responsible for transportation to the customer. The customer and transportation company assume the risk of returning to us.

7. Damaged goods

Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it for any signs of damage, such as significant tears or stains resulting from the transportation process. Should you find the product to be damaged or unsatisfactory, please reach out to us promptly via our contact form or by calling us at +46 (0)31 13 77 70.

8. Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a specific reason. When exercising this right, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs. The return must be sent in the same condition as it was delivered, with the original packaging if applicable.

This implies that the garment must not have been worn or used. If the products are returned with an odor from perfume, smoke, or any other condition that renders them unsellable in their current state, a 20€ dry cleaning fee will be charged.

Additionally, we kindly ask that returned items be properly folded and not thrown in the return box like rags. For every product that requires ironing/steaming due to poor handling, we reserve the right to apply a 5€ fee per item, which will be deducted from the return amount. The customer will receive pictures of the returned parcel via email.

If you have any questions regarding returns, exchanges, or any other matter, feel free to contact us. We strive to answer all emails within 24 hours on weekdays (11-18).

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in any case of returns.

8.2 Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Broadway & Sons account or future orders being refused.

9. Complaints

If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Notify us by email (through the contact form) before you send something and don’t forget to send us invoice no. / receipt.

Keep in mind that unless something else is stated, our products are original vintage and therefore there can be slight differences such as minor rips/tears, sizing differences, stains, missing buttons, and/or slight color variations.

We do not sell items with major defects unless stated on individual products.

10. Refunds

We are committed to complying with European law, which stipulates that customers within the EU exercising their right to return a product will receive a full refund, inclusive of the initial shipping cost. However, it's important to note that customers are responsible for covering the charges related to the return. In cases where we have provided a shipping label, the fixed return cost associated with our label will be deducted from the refund.

For orders shipped outside of the EU, it's important to note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded, and neither will the fixed return cost associated with our provided shipping label.

To ensure eligibility for a refund, please make sure the product is in its original condition, has not been used, and adheres to our 14-day time limit for returns. Once we receive your return, we will carefully assess your order. If the return meets our criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 bank days for the refund to be processed.

10.2 Unclaimed packages

For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited for all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.

10.3 Gift Cards & Vouchers 

Our eGift Cards are only usable in our e-store and valid for a maximum of 2 years from the issue date. eGift Cards are non-refundable. In case of a return of an order placed with a gift card or voucher, it will be refunded with a same-value credit voucher only. The credit voucher is valid 2 years from when the original gift card was issued. 

The voucher's period of validity is decided individually and stated when issued. 

11. Rights

We reserve the right to changes in prices caused by typos or other errors that are beyond our control.

12. Protection of personal data (GDPR)

In connection with the registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored on you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail). We also declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal information.
