Return policy

At broadwayandsons.com, you have the option to return your order for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. However, please bear in mind that we can only accept returns if the products are in the same condition as when you received them. This means the garment must not have been worn or used. In case the products are returned with an odor from perfume, smoke, or any other condition that renders them unsellable in their current state, a 20 EUR / 20 USD / 200 SEK dry cleaning fee will be charged.

Please be aware that at Broadway & Sons, we do not provide coverage for the shipping costs associated with returns, and we are not liable for any products that may be lost during the return delivery process. To ensure a smooth and secure return, we encourage using the shipping label provided by us, which will help streamline the return process and offer added peace of mind.

Broadway & Sons applies location-based fees for returns:

Sweden - 120 SEK
Europe - 20 EUR (UK, Norway & Switzerland incl.)
Rest of the world - 40 USD

These fees include any potential customs fees and duties that may be applicable.
